We have been making an enormous investment in
testing equipments and the inspection process, and
no valve goes to the next stage of the production
process without passing the inspection standard of
each process. We conduct a rigorous test of the
Quality and chemical composition of the raw material
for melting. Also, samples of molten steel are taken
and subjected to |

| chemical composition analyses and mechanical property tests, and in the heat-treatment
process, the quality of each material, heat-treatment temperature, holding time, and
cooling time are strictly controlled. |
|
|
| Dimensional and visual inspection are rigidly conducted
on every component of our valves, and at the final stage
of the assembly process, our valves are subject to 100%
pressure tests to guarantee users' full satisfaction with
our product performance under actual usage conditions.
In addition, other valve performance tests are also
conducted in our own factory, such as durability tests,
C/V tests, cryogenic tests, and fire-safe tests. |

KUKA conducts statistical process control and thereby
makes sure in advance that no defects occur in any
stage of the manufacturing process. |
