We use raw material strictly controlled in quality and
chemical composition. The chemical composition of the
molten steel is checked with a vacuum-emission
spectrometer at every charge before pouring, and the
pouring temperature suitable for the quality of each
material is rigidly controlled with an auto thermometer. |

| Using moulding sand and coated sand of strictly
controlled quality, we make molds free from any break
down of shape or deformation, which enables us to
manufacture products of accurate dimension and good
surface cond-ition. |

Stainless steel goes through solution heat-treatment
at 1,070℃ - 1,100℃, and carbon steel is annealed at
880℃ - 900℃ and tempered at 650C - 670℃ . By
checking and adjusting the thermocouple and the
pressure gauge regularly, and by thorough equipment
control, we keep the deflection of the inside
temperature of the furnace below ± 5℃ so that heat-
treatment is conducted without |
