The body of KUKA valve is manufactured in a
consistent line production from the CNC line, where
excellent progra-mmers are at work, to the drill line,
which is composed of special purpose machines
designed according to each valve size, to the
assembly line. The production technolo-gy
accumulated at each line enables us to always
produce interchange-able products. |

| The ball machine and ball super finishing machine,
which were designed and developed by KUKA, are
producing balls that have a sphericity of ±0.01mm and
a 4RMS surface finish. Our ball valves which are of
outstanding roughness will prove superior quality in
low torque and no leakage when metal to metal
operation. |
